This is a recipe we make for guests at our home all the time, it’s adapted from my favourite chef Jamie Oliver. It is super easy to make, and refrigerating early means there is not much to prepare on the night.
200g 70% Cocoa Chocolate
350ml Thickened Cream
2 Large Eggs
1 Tablespoon of Baileys
2 Tablespoons of Honey
In the microwave at half power melt butter and chocolate for about two minutes, stir until smooth
In a seperate bowl semi whip the cream until you have soft peaks
In another bowl beat the eggs and honey until light and fluffy, then fold in the baileys and chocolate mixture.
Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the cream, then spoon into wine glasses or your favourite comfy bowls. Refrigerate for at least an hour, but preferably four hours.
